BUILD STRONG CHARACTER THAT COMMUNICATES

People are like icebergs, there's much to it than the eyes sees. There are lots of successful people that we know of, that has made it to the limelight, but the ones who have neglected to develop strong character rarely stay there long. Because people cannot climb beyond the limitations of their character.
No one can expect to succeed without strong character below the surface to protect his talent and sustain him during difficult times.
Character holds us steady, no matter how rough the storm becomes.

The choice to develop a strong character may not be the most important one to make the most of your life/career. But it is certainly the most important to make sure you don't make the least of your life/career.
The impact of character cannot be underestimated by anyone. Roger Benson asserted that "A character standard is far more important than even a gold standard". The success of all economic systems is still dependent upon both  righteous leaders and righteous people.

Character creates a foundation upon which the structure of your life and carrier can build. If there are cracks in that foundation, you cannot build much, but only a little. That's the reason why you must first develop within before you can achieve much without. But once you build strong character, it does more than provide a platform for your personal success and the maximization of your entire life.  It also impact others and allows you build with them. It does that through what it communicates to people.

I have observed that the people with the weakest  character tend to place the blame on their circumstances.  They often claim that poor upbringing, financial difficulties, the unkindness of others, or other circumstances have made them victims.
The fact remains that we must face many things in life outside our control. But while your circumstances are beyond your control, your character is not.
Your character is always your choice, developing your character is your sole responsibility, therefore take control of it..

INTEGRITY LINE

People are rarely angry for the reason they told you. Employees are rarely angry for the reason they explain. Much is never discussed. The trap of deception is deadly . It begins when you deceive yourself, then those around you.
Always be honest to others about the reason for the doors closing, it is not necessary to give every detail, but it is important that the details you give are accurate.
The thing called integrity isn't inborn, rather it is an inbuilt decision. I have come to understand that people that have integrity do not always have the most simple life,  but rather a straight forward and a non complicated lifestyle.
Integrity isn't aone day or one moment thing, it is a day to day living. In out world of today where integrity is very expensive, don't expect it from cheap people.

Integrity is saying something and sticking to your word.  It is going for your meetings and appointments on time. It is an act people knows you stand for.
Therefore I urge you today to forget the challenges, the failures, the disapointment and the struggles and just go ahead and build a line of integrity for yourself, let people know that this is what you stand for,  let your words and believe rhythm with your actions..

THE POWER OF FOCUS.

Focus does not come naturally to us, yet it is essential for everyone who wants to make the most of his life. Focus can bring tremendous power, because without it, you'll often feel drained, unproductive and unable to accomplish much. But with it, you will find that you've gain direction and intentionality.

If you desire to achieve something, you first need to know what your target is. That's true even when it comes to business, family, relationship and even personal development. If you lack focus, you'll be all over the place, attempting everything like attempting nothing will suck the life out of you. It will sap you of energy and new opportunities. And whatever momentum you have going for you will be diminished.

In today's world where by so many things are clamoring for attention, it is the concentration to bend all the energies to one point, and to go directly to that point, looking neither to the left nor to the right.
And I quote Admiral Richard "few men during their lifetime came anywhere near exhausting the resources dwelling within them. There are deer Wells of strength that are never used". One of the reasons that those Wells often go untapped is lack of focus.
Something wonderful happens when we narrow our focus and set goals. That's where the real magic starts. 
The mind doesn't reach toward achievement until is has clear objectives. People who are undecided about what they want to do or where they want to go cannot tap into their strength of will or their talent. As a result, they are merely drift along.

And here comes the big question...
- Have you asked yourself what you really want to do..??
- And have you determined that you will pursue it against the odds, despite the obstacles, and regardless of the circumstances..??

Being intentional is about focusing on doing the right things, moment by moment, day by day, and then following through with them in a consistent way.
Sometimes, Just sometimes, we do have reasons for not doing what we ought to do:
we don't have enough time, we don't have enough resources, we don't have enough help, we have problems, we have challenges and shortcomings, we have distractions, obstacles and struggles.
But should we let these get us off the track...???

ELIMINATING EXCUSES!!!

Today, I'm not going to pamper you and tell you that you can do it.  

I have said that to you a lot already. 

I'll say something else. 

I want to tell you to get out there, and do it.  

Enough of the "You Can" now get to actually do the work. 

Stop talking and start doing.  

Are you great at making excuses to justify why you cannot accomplish certain goals?

Then bring your ear closer. 

Someone out there has those same legit excuses and are defiling the odds to get it done.  

Life has never pampared the achiever.  

The conditions of life will never be in your favour.

Achievers don't float with the waves that takes them to any destination.

You have to swim against the tide. 

What are those goals you have written down? 

What is that business you want to establish?

What is that course you want to take?

How about that skill you want to acquire?

Today I'm not saying you can, you already know that.

HAVE YOU READ OUR LIFESTYLE OUR HABITS..?? 

I'm saying start doing it.

Take that first step.

Today I tell you, they are not valid enough to stop you from achieving greatness.

WORDS SPEAK

Words breath life into everything, just like the greatest book says "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof".
Words keep many things alive. Argument would die, celebration  would die, except, your words sustain them.

Words can wound, words can also heal, it can make happy, it can also make sad, it can cause chaos, but it also has the ability to sustain peace, joy, harmony, and love.
Your words are pictures, unforgettable pictures, it can make your thoughts permanent. Words can give life and longevity to everything discussed..

Science has proven that words do not die, they go into the future and wait for you. Therefore, do not nurture, feed, grow inappropriate thought in the privacy of your imagination because your thought has an awesome way of connecting with the Universe..

Be conscious of your word daily and stay focus on your future..

YESTERDAY, TODAY, AND THE FUTURE..!!!

Your day should be savored, not gulped down. 

Look at each day like a wonderful fountain.  Take a deep drink from the sweet waters of the present. You see, today is really the only place you will ever exist.  When you get to your future, you will rename it... TODAY. 

yesterday is in the tomb.. 

Tomorrow is in the womb.. 

But your life is today..

If you do not know how to enjoy toady, you probably will not enjoy many days in your future. 

Note this: Happiness is a now place. It is not a future destination, therefore savour this moment because the future is guaranteed. 

Raise your present turf to its highest level of excellence today, do it with all your might.. 

Insist that every moment must be a moment of excellence. .

Whatever you do, do it with all your heart, converse at the highest level ,exercise accurately, plan thoroughly but not hurriedly.. 

My life is quite scheduled, firstly am conscious that I am not alone,  the Holy Spirit is always there, He is my focus, my joy, my peace and my life.. 

Millions attempt to fill their lives with activities, new things, new friends, new appointments and the rest, but I refuse to race through life.. 

I will walk through the Garden of life.. 

I will smell the roses of His presence.. 

I will drink form the fountain of peace..

Yet sometimes deadline may require me to double up to complete a major goal, but I will walk, not race through life because I want to make the most of my present which is TODAY!!!
